How long until my order is dispatched?
Orders are packed within 2-3 working days. Once shipped, we select the fastest available courier for your region — FedEx, UPS or DHL. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
What is Block World's quality standard?
Every set goes through a strict quality vetting process. We enforce our own parts quality standards and reject any component that doesn't meet our threshold for clutch, fit, and finish.
Is this a pre-built model or do I build it myself?
You build it yourself from scratch! Every set comes with a step-by-step paper manual and has its pieces grouped by building section for a smooth, enjoyable experience. Extra pieces are always included.
My order is missing parts, what can I do?
Contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. We'll arrange a free replacement for any missing or damaged pieces. We also partner with BrickLink and BrickOwl for faster resupply.
How can I request a new model release?
We release approximately 1 new model per day — driven by community demand. Share your model request via our contact page or social media and we'll consider it in our design pipeline.
